I am a final-year doctoral student under the supervision of Prof. Hagan Bayley in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. I originally trained as a physicist, also at Oxford.

On these pages you can learn about my theoretical and experimental work at the interface of physics, engineering and biology. For example, during my DPhil I developed functional systems that employ biological components, with prospective applications in synthetic biology, tissue engineering and medicine.
